Finding the courage to reflect

This is the place where I’ll be embracing a strange new zone in my - and I’m sure many others’ - professional world. It’s a place which I’m sure will be comfortable: where I can share my own reflections, opinions and thoughts on what’s going on in the world through the lens of what we all wrestle with as leaders. But it also might be uncomfortable: not having the comfort blanket of speaking on behalf of an organisation - something I’d grown used to over the years.

As I begin to share these thoughts over the weeks and months ahead, your feedback, reflections and challenges are very much welcomed.
