My business may be new, but my experience isn’t. I’m a former senior leader with a track record of leading complex organisational change, building high-performing teams and advising CEOs, trustees and senior stakeholders across health, social care, research and charity sectors.

I’ve been trusted in moments of transformation, uncertainty and pressure — and I bring that experience directly into my coaching practice.

I founded Mark MacDonald Consulting to support rising leaders at the moment they need it most: when they step into senior leadership for the first time.

Passionate about the outdoors, I serve on the board of trustees of Scottish Mountain Rescue and can often be found roaming the hills. After stints in Glasgow and London, I now live in Perthshire with my young family.
